It's me. I'm the problem. Things were unsuccessful not because of unluckiness. Neither is it because of other people or other factors. It's me, I realised. Same conditions, same variables, but different people. Why did I meet with so many problems? Apparently the reason is me...

Was listening to Long De Chuan Qi again... All of a sudden, I feel like watching a CO concert. Lol! Then I recalled that I heard about this concert on the radio:

Fortunately there's concession. I'm a passion card member, so I can go for the $22 ticket. On top of that, early bird can buy it at $20 for the cheapest rate. It's just the first week of school and we're all pretty jaded.

Indeed. This week we're all busy with open house and perhaps fac day preparation. In the future to come, Dramafeste, Fac CIP and Fac Outing will start to stream in, along with block test 1. At the same time, concert prep for GECO and HCCO will also be pending. GAHH. Cant imagine how im gonna survive through this crazy period. But i guess I can do it, as long as God and my friends are there to give me the strength! (:

CONCERT
After GE prac today, I realised that Im looking forward to concert this year. Maybe becos I havent been actively playing during dazus last year, I miss playing big/nice pieces in dazu (the feeling is SHUANG).
Now that both HCCO and GECO are having concerts this year, we'll get to play a variety of pieces (not Shu Qing again and again like SYF period nor NAC pieces again and again for GECO =.=). Yes, I love new and nice and challenging pieces! Just like 龙的传奇！It's rare for me to like a piece the first time i hear it. Long De Chuan Qi is one of them, so I guess it's one of my favourite dazu pieces. (:
I think Long De Chuan Qi is very fun! I was telling Sherry (my desk partner in GE) that it sounds like a horror movie music. The 'ghost-chase-after-people' (fast parts in short) are challenging, but FUN! HAHA!
Wonder how it sounds like? Here it is! Only managed to find the MCO version. Scrutinize the video and perhaps you'll see Chengying and Gerald. HAHA!

060110 is another special day, cos it's my best friend's bday! :D I think i always enjoy myself on this very day! Maybe cos it's either the start of the term or it's still holiday, so we can celebrate w/o much burdens!
In sec 1, Layting and I bought a cake and delivered it to her place personally (that's cos we wanted to surprise her by getting the cake shop worker to deliver it to her door, but we ordered too late lol.) My mother drove us there. She asked us Szemin's unit no. cos she wanted to buy 4D (it happened to be on a wednesday I think!). Miraculously, my mother really struck lottery and treated the three of us to Sakae Sushi. *inserts my fav emoticon*
Cant rmb what we did in Sec 2, 3 and 4 (so sorry, i must have been a bad friend lol!), we probably didn't really celebrate, but just bought her smth. LAST YR! Layting, Chewfei and I baked Szemin muffins! We bluffed Szemin that we're going to Layting's house to mug math! We were supposed to reach her place before she got out of her house, but we met her on the way! LOL!!!!! So we celebrated her bday at her void deck. Chewfei and I also presented the slogan tees that we bought for the 4 of us. Most imptly, I gave all of them a personalized calendar each! (really proud of it, cos I spent nights doing it hoho...)
THIS YEAR! Webcammed Szemin a drawing that says 'HAPPY BDAY SZEMIN'! The four of us also conferenced on the phone to sing her a bday song! HAHA! Ate at Mushroom Pot Steamboat Restaurant and shopped at Orchard Road! Another tai tai day! WHEEEEEEEEE! I love tai tai days cos being with my besties makes me happy! (: Hope Szemin enjoyed herself! In my opinion, bday is a special day, so it's impt that the bday girl is exceptionally happy on that day! HEE! Well, to make my always-so-wordy-blog less wordy, I shall post some photos of this special day! (:

ADDICTION KILLS. I've been so addicted to my com that I've been wasting my time and neglecting my hw! :O FB, msn, blog hop again and again and again...
So, I've thought of a way to curb my addiction!
New Year resolution #2: 每天"吃饭"！
"吃饭"? You must be wondering how is it a new year resolution right? This is the origin of "吃饭"...
In one of the co pracs in pri sch, I overheard liu lao shi say smth like, “练琴就像吃饭; 我们天天都吃饭，练琴也要一样，不可以今天吃饭，明天就不用吃。” To curb my addiction, I'm gonna replace practising with usage of com! That's gonna be real tough, but oh well, no harm giving it a try!
Library's gonna be my second home this year. Another way to curb my addiction. Lol! Nette! You shall be my study buddy! Let's aim to meet each other almost everyday this yr! hardcore o.o

die. i feel that i've just finished warming up after practising for 2 hours. =.= smtimes i really wish that i dont have to worry abt school work and just prac my days away... locking myself up in a room, practising w/o any burdens for long hours is SHIOK. sadly, i've been playing too much since i entered jc. wasted too much time last yr, so my progress was slower than a snail. UH HUH! 1 new year resolution: MAKE GOOD USE OF MY TIME! :D
anyway, i just have to blog abt my dream, cos i dreamt of dyt! HAHA! I dreamt that it was the first day of school and the bus stop was packed with students. smth happened to the bus, so there was no bus coming at all. soon, we were running late for school. just then, dyt appeared in a huge car and he asked all of us to hop in! WOOOOTS! HERO OF THE DAY! :D met yanqi during ge concert meeting just now... when i see her, i think of.......... him!!!! zomg. i need to stop daydreaming! *glares at my new year resolution*

FIRST POST OF 2010!
Long time no blog... Oh well, shall start off with Christmas!
CHRISTMAS!
Spent christmas in m'sia! Cos my cousin got married on the 26th. Had BUDDHA JUMP OVER THE WALL in the wedding dinner! WOOOOTS! (HAHAH inside joke for fac comm) Sorry if I didn't reply to ur x'mas msgs!
Bought 2 boxes of Hello Panda to occupy myself during the long journeys. I realised that the fillings of Hello Panda are becoming NEGLIGIBLE! Furthermore, its price keeps increasing! Total scam. Low budget also cannot cheat customers' feelings right!
Worse still, when we dropped by at the Jurong Food Centre for lunch, we had to pay 10cents for the entry to toilet. There wasnt any toilet paper in the toilet, so I asked the toilet guard for toilet paper. Guess what? He told me, "10 cents for A PIECE of toilet paper." WHAT?!?! Why so stingy!? People sell 3 packets of tissue paper for $1 and yet he's selling A PIECE of toilet paper for 10 cents and shopping centres don't even charge entry fees or toilet paper fees?! What has singapore turned into luh?! Little things also have to be charged!
GECO CHALET!
Sherry, Wawa, Gao Tian, Veronica, Dominic, Yishan, Sebastian and I met earlier to buy stuff for the BBQ. Luckily Julian came to join us later or we would have a hard time carrying so many stuff over. Lucky me got the chance to sit in Julian's sports car cos I had to check in first. HAHA! It was my FIRST time in my life sitting in a sports car! Julian, be honoured! haha!
It's very coincidental cos SYCO had their chalet just 1 block away from ours! So we celebrated Derek and Jingwen's bdays tgt (same day). The starting of the fire was a bit screwed, cos our 'structures' were not well-built. Thanks to Xiao Han who managed to rescue the 'fire'. HAHA! Played Twister with Wawa and Sherry. Sherry's really good (but cunning) at Twister. That's why she always wins. HAHA!
Then I went to play the $2 pool with Layting, Szemin, Tongzhen, Cheehang and Sebastian. At first, I inserted my coins into the machine but the balls didnt come out. So I went to ask the vendor. She asked us to insert another $2, if it still doesnt work, she would give me 2 free games after that. Unfortunately, the balls came out when we inserted the coins the second time. She said it's impossible that the balls do not come out if we have inserted our coins. I was damn SUAY lah. Gave away 2 bucks for nth. But thanks to Cheehang for the idea-- we blocked the holes and collected the balls after they 'went into' the holes, so that we could play unlimited rounds of pool. LOL!
When we went back, zls and xls came with their dog! :D Their dog is very tame lah. The dog-lovers tried to 'summon' the dog but it didnt respond to them. It only listens to xls and zls. Haha! Then Qinkai said smth hilarious:
Yishan: Eh Qinkai, is Er Bao (the dog's name) a male or a female? Qinkai: Don't know leh, I've nvr checked before.

Next was NIGHT CYCLING! Also my first time in my life! Layting too! Cos it's really rare that our parents allow us to stay over! Rmb a few days ago, my msn pm was 'i wanna walk down the streets in town at night'? Amazingly, we cycled to Orchard Road! I love the night view of town. So glad that we managed to catch the captivating view. The Spore Flyer was spectacular at night. Managed to camwhore at certain stop-points. Cant wait to see the photos! Wheee! It's really cool to cycle in the wee hours cos the streets are completely empty and silent. It's like.. THE WHOLE WORLD IS YOURS! hoho... Unfortunately, the Orchard lights were switched off by the time we were there. This experience also let us have a glimpse of the night life-- not those who club at night, but the roadworkers. Ever wonder how the white strips on the roads are painted? They have to meticulously mark them with strings and spray the white paint using a machine. Even cleaner have to clean the roads for us when we're in the middle of our sleep! So be thankful for their contributions k!
By the time we returned to ECP, I was alrdy starving. Hungry > tired. lol! After breakfast, Gao Tian, Dominic and I were too tired to queue for the chalet's toilet, so we went to bathe at the public toilet. Totally knocked out after bathing. Lol! Sherry, Shunta and Wanhua also lah! Wanted to meet me for lunch huh... but they fell asleep at Shunta's house when they were supposed to bathe.. AHEM... HAHAHA! nvm lah, since i fell asleep while waiting too! :P
Then met the A I/Cs for dinner to discuss Fac Day stuff. Had fun during the discussion cos our ideas were all very warped. I like the Cai Shen Ye idea the most. HAHA!
New Year's Eve!
Spent my new year's eve with...... BELOVED FAC COMM! They're a really funny group of people lah! Being with them will make you laugh your head off! HAHA! Had pepperlunch at Kopitiam and had icecream at the balcony. Then we played Murderer. Unfortunately, 2 cards fell into the slits of the ground. Really very sorry Hui Ming (for losing her Jay Chou poker cards!)!!! Anyway, Yingda and I left after that. Chatted and camwhored on the train. Yingda kept saying time passes very fast, so I told her that time flies when she's with me. HAHAHA! Ok, I was very ego last night.
Went home and caught a bit of the channel 8 countdown show. Then I heard booms of the fireworks. Tried to figure the direction and WOOOOTS, I SAW FIREWORKS!
2009 was unpleasant for me. Hopefully this year will be much better! (: Happy New Year everybody! Hope this year will be a much better year! :D
